How Your "22" is Made Nib The nib is made of titanium, and is therefore unalterable and remarkably long-lasting. It is decorated with an iridescent gold finish. The nib is available in the Fine (F), Medium (M), Broad (B), 1.1 Italic, 1.3 Italic sizes.

Barrel and Cap The barrel of the "22" is made of Stipula's exclusive CellocrideŽ, produced in strict accordance with the traditional canons of fabrication set down by the masters of celluloid; that is, through hand placement and assembly of each single block of the basic material, in order to obtain the plays of light and color we all know so well.

Metal Parts Like the nib, the metal details of the "22" are treated under high vacuum by the PVD ­ Physical Vapor Deposit ­ method to guarantee the unalterability of the metal surface, brilliance that does not fear time, absolute non-allergenicity in contact with the skin, and respect for the environment, since PVD releases no harmful substances (differently from traditional metal finishing treatments).

Filling System The pen features a piston-operated filling system and a high-capacity ink reservoir. The ink reservoir is transparent to permit checking the ink level.
