Sailor - Limited Edition Nagahara Mosaic Fountain Pens

The word mosaic is defined as a decoration made by inlaying small pieces of variously colored materials to form a picture or pattern. In the Nagahara Mosaic series, multiple colors of acrylic resin are hand chosen to create differing patterns in the body of the writing instrument. Each color is individually chosen and laid out in a sheet and then kiln fired to form a solid mass of one of a kind patterns. Each pen is truly unique in that, none will share the same pattern due to the firing process. Once the bodies are created, each one is hand lathed to create the ribbed surface texture that separates the Nagahara Mosaics from his other creations.
