The Jotter Jubilee Special Edition features a 50s influenced pattern on the barrel in an elegant matte and shiny surface effect. The "maze" pattern references the square and abstract graphics, which were found on virtually everything in the 1950's, and gives them a modern twist.

The "dots" pattern on the other Jotter Jubilee Special Edition, is another new take on a timely theme: because of the growing distribution of comics and illustrated press, half-tone screen printing was the most popular method of printing during the 1950s; playing on this principle of printing dots, Parker has created an exaggerated pattern that again gives a broad appeal.
